CKMS Clubs 2010-11

Club participation fee $35, except Talent Show and Key Club.  Some clubs have additional fees.

Key Club:  Tuesdays starts back up Tuesday, March 29.  There are no fees for this club - everyone welcome! The members of Key Club, which is available for all grades, have a chance to make a contribution to their community, school, and peers. Develops leadership qualities from experiences through volunteer spirit and service. Contact Mrs. Young-Keeffe at 425-831-8278.

Golf Club: Wednesdays beginning May 4, 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. Twin River Golf Course. Parents responsible for transportation.  Kids work on putting, chipping, and driving skills. Play matches against other schools. Contact Mr. Henderson at 425- 831-8276.  Club fee for tokens is $25 (plus $35 participation fee; $60 total).  Registration Form & other important information

Art Club: Wednesdays beginning September 29- December 15.  Contact Mrs. Lagace at 425-831-8242. 

Math Team: Mondays, 8th grade beginning end of October, early November 2010. 6th & 7th grade will begin February 28.  Students compete in math competitions as individuals and groups.  8th Grade Math Counts competition February 5 at Microsoft campus.  Season ends with State Math competition in Blaine (April '11).  Contact Mr. Henderson at 425-831-8276. 

Talent Show:  November. Students perform own short acts such as dance, song, and skit, in groups or as an individual.

Ski Club: Wednesdays, after school, January and February. Students ski and snowboard at Snoqualmie Pass. Club dues pay for transportation and end of season party. Contact Ms. Fredenburg at 425-831-8275.
