The Learning Improvement Team (LIT) makes recommendations for decisions affecting the operation and direction of our school. Its primary function is to promote and facilitate a community of learners focusing on student achievement.
FCE's LIT is made up of staff and parent representatives. This team is responsible for gathering and analyzing performance data. The LIT discusses and makes decisions on budgeting and other daily routines at our school. Sub-committees include our school Math/Science
Team, Literacy Team and Positive Behavior Support Team.
The LIT's goal is to work with the entire staff and initiate the implementation of improvement plans decided on by the staff.
